Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Chelsea Osteo Ltd., trading as Synergy Chelsea, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both clients and practitioners, we have the following policy in place: Rescheduling We allow rescheduling at any time without penalty. If you need to move your appointment, simply notify us, and we’ll find a new time that works for you. Cancellations & No-Shows If you need to cancel your appointment, please be aware of the following: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will incur a 20% charge of the session price. No-shows without rescheduling will also be charged 20% of the session price. This policy ensures that our schedule runs smoothly while respecting the time and commitment of both our clients and practitioners. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
